Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking remote Customer Support Advisor to work from Portugal. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, log details, and resolve issues within SLA while promoting products.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has customer service experience (sales is a plus), and can work rotating shifts Mon-Sat 08:00–19:00 with Sundays off and one rotational day. Contract: 6 months with renewal.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, empathy and teamwork are required.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn CRM systems.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Log call details and resolve issues within SLA.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and update on status and resolution.
• Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue.
• Log and follow up on orders in CRM.
