Cross Border Talents is currently hiring for Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading technology company. This role is remote within Portugal and offers relocation support for candidates currently living in Italy.

Responsibilities include providing customer support via phone, email, and chat, assisting with product-related questions, and maintaining accurate records. A competitive salary package, health insurance from day one, and optional shared accommodation support are provided.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and a good level of English required.
