WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join its international team. The role is fully remote from anywhere in Greece with paid training and relocation support for EU movers.

The ideal candidate communicates in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), handles inquiries across phone, email, and chat, and strives to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level required.
• English at B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
