WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. The role is 100% remote from Greece and requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+).

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, document interactions in CRM, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience. Training is provided, relocation support offered if moving to Greece.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus; not required thanks to full paid training.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests while maintaining high satisfaction.
