WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle Italian via phone, email, and chat within an international team.

The role offers paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support if relocating from another EU country. The schedule is 5 days per week with rotating shifts, and English proficiency is required for training and internal communication.

Competenze

• Italian fluency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
