WW Talents in Greece offers an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative role that is fully remote from anywhere in Greece. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat, with full training provided and optional relocation assistance for EU moves.

The position requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+). Previous CS experience is a plus, but training is paid and included. Expect a rotating shift schedule and a multicultural team environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in CS/Customer Support is a plus; not required due to full paid training.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
