NTT DATA in Milano is seeking a Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to support Windows and Linux environments. You will monitor systems, manage incidents and service requests, and perform first-line troubleshooting while escalating to specialists.

You will join an Italian team serving national and international clients across various technologies. The role requires basic Windows/Linux knowledge, familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools, and good English skills.

Competenze

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and trouble ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze logs; good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of remote administration protocols such as SSH and RDP.
• Willingness to work shifts as per service coverage; ITIL familiarity.

Mansioni

• Monitor client systems and provide remote level-1 support.
• Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot anomalies and escalate to specialist groups as needed.
