Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integration Engineer (French Speaker) based in Italy for a remote-first team building AI-powered e-commerce search solutions. You will help customers integrate websites and apps with our platform, guide onboarding, explain API integration, and troubleshoot implementation issues in collaboration with Customer Success.

This role blends technical problem-solving with clear communication, documentation, and continuous process improvement as part of an international enablement

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of REST-based web services and APIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality customer support.
• Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding by understanding requirements and guiding e-commerce businesses through integration.
• Provide technical guidance on REST APIs, web services, and integration best practices.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with customers and CS teams, identifying root causes.
• Assist customers with catalog configuration, such as data uploads and search configuration.
• Serve as communication link between customers and internal technical resources, ensuring swift, clear responses.
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document interactions and common issues to improve knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to integration documentation and onboarding materials.
