CB Talents SP is seeking enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representatives in Turbigo, Italy, to support a world-leading search engine project. The role requires fluency in French, Italian, German, or Dutch, strong communication skills, and a passion for tech.

You will assist users with technical queries via chat, email, or phone, navigating a fast-paced environment while providing friendly and solution-oriented support. The position offers a structured compensation package with base salary and performance bonuses.

What You Will Do

• Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform.
• Provide clear, friendly, and solution‑oriented support via chat, email, or phone.
• Navigate a fast‑paced environment, actively implementing feedback to level up your skills.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week
