Qualifications

• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher; strong written and verbal skills in English.
• Russian language proficiency required; strong communication in both languages.
• Experience in customer support, preferably fintech, payments, or digital products.
• Understanding of payment processes, gateways, and transaction flows.
• Analytical and troubleshooting abilities with structured issue resolution.
• Excellent customer service, empathy, and clear communication.
• Attention to detail in handling financial transactions and records.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed international team.
• Willingness to learn new tools, payments, and product features.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries, including statuses and failures.
• Explain payment flows and options clearly to users and partners.
• Investigate incidents and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Work with developers, testers, product managers to improve platform performance.
• Document user feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Contribute to FAQs and knowledge bases to help customers.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Cover a 3/3 shift rotation including day and night shifts.
