Packly is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Campobasso, Italy. You will guide customers through the purchasing process, provide essential support, and ensure satisfaction while working with a dynamic, multicultural team.

Fluent Italian plus proficiency in at least two languages (French/Spanish/German/English) and CRM familiarity are required. Flexible with on-site and home-based work options in an international environment.

Competenze

Mother tongue knowledge of Italian.
Advanced knowledge of at least two of the following languages: French, Spanish, German and English.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Customer-centric mentality and ability to collect customer feedback and needs.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
