CB Talents SP is seeking enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Rome. This role involves assisting users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform, where a strong focus on communication and empathy is essential.

The ideal candidates will be fluent in either French, Italian, German, or Dutch, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, open to continuous feedback. We offer a structured compensation package and rotational work scheduling.

What You Will Do

• Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform.
• Provide clear, friendly, and solution‑oriented support via chat, email, or phone.
• Navigate a fast‑paced environment, actively implementing feedback to level up your skills.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week
