Job summary

Ecosmic is seeking an HR & Operations Intern in Turin, Italy. You will work closely with the Head of People on the employee journey, from hiring and onboarding to day-to-day operations, while supporting logistics and admin tasks.

The role offers hybrid work with remote options up to 3 days per week, and a monthly internship stipend of €500, starting January 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across HR, payroll support, events, and operations.

Qualifications

• No prior professional experience is required.
• Excellent organisational skills and reliability.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and operations across Ecosmic, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, admin and logistics.
• Maintain HR documentation and internal processes, update records and templates.
• Coordinate expenses, travel, retreats and events; assist sales and meeting preparation.
• Assist with calendars, travel arrangements, and office logistics; ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
