TeamSystem, a leading tech company in Europe, seeks an HR Admin Intern in Pesaro to support personnel administration, draft contracts, and handle employee requests. You will learn to manage processes across the working life of Group employees and contribute to data accuracy in the HR system.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics or related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and communication abilities, with a proactive attitude and teamwork.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of personnel, in particular drafting contracts and agreements.
• Handle administrative requests from employees.
• Support the management of processes related to the working life of all group employees.
• Monitor and update personnel data in the HR management system.
• Contribute to analysis and reporting activities to optimize internal HR processes.
