OneStream is seeking a GSI Director for Italy & Iberia to lead Global System Integrator relationships, including PwC, KPMG, IBM, Accenture and Deloitte. You will shape market strategies, influence product roadmaps, and secure executive alignment.

Based near Milan or elsewhere in Italy, you will recruit, develop, and manage partnerships, drive co-sell revenue, and empower a high-performance partnerships team with strong communication and strategic thinking.

Competenze

• 10+ years of partner management experience.
• 3+ years in partner management within enterprise software.
• Experience with CPM and FP&A is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish is required.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage co-sell revenue targets with Global System Integrators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OneStream messaging.
• Build capacity for scalable growth with SI partners.
• Ensure SI compliance with alliance policies and governance.
• Lead and mentor a team of partnership professionals.
