Replika is seeking a monetization-focused product leader to drive revenue per install and web funnel visits. You will run end-to-end monetization experiments, optimize paywalls, pricing, and subscription flows, and scale winning approaches across millions of users.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and the CEO, translating data into clear specs and fast, repeatable tests. A proven track record in monetization and fluent English are essential.

• A product career spent mostly on monetization.
• A real track record moving revenue (ARPU, LTV, conversion, trial-to-paid).
• At least one original monetization idea you can point to.
• You run experiments as a habit with designed A/B tests and data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical instincts; able to separate signal from noise in analytics.
• You ship from idea to live product quickly and reliably.
• You already use AI tools for research, specs, analysis, and speed.
• Fluent English with clear specs and communication.
