Pennylane is seeking a Product Manager focused on monetisation to shape upgrade and pricing strategy for SMEs. You will own the funnel, drive experiments, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver measurable growth across Europe.

Remote-friendly role across Europe, with shares and a budget for a productive home-office setup. You will influence multiple squads and define OKRs and roadmaps to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on monetisation, conversion or growth in a freemium or self-serve B2B SaaS.
• Experiment-led mindset with hypotheses, metrics and stop criteria.
• Data-driven and hands-on with data analysis for decision making.
• Strong user research skills and product sense.
• Strong and structured communication to align teams.
• Experience in product management at scale-ups or large tech companies.
• Nice to have: exposure to pricing & packaging or banking/payments.

Responsibilities

• Own monetisation funnel: discovery, upgrade moments and purchases.
• Define upgrade surfaces and guidelines for a consistent experience.
• Ensure a monetisation outcome with product-driven upgrades and MRR targets.
• Measure impact of shipped work and align on what to push and when.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers and engineers; use MVP approach for iterations.
• Lead the monetisation experiments and translate insights into roadmaps.
