Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth across Meta and Snapchat platforms. You will run campaigns globally, manage budgets and bids, and deliver data-driven insights to improve performance.

A strong focus on ROI and scalable growth is essential. The role offers remote work with international scope, rapid learning, and collaboration with Creative Managers to test and scale winning concepts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on UA / performance marketing with scalable campaigns.
• B2C subscription-based experience.
• Understanding of eCPA, ROAS, CPM metrics.
• Experience managing global campaigns with targeting options and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta and Snapchat worldwide.
• Adapt creatives, optimize ad sets, bids, budgets, and ad combos.
• Analyze performance, deliver reports, and identify trends to improve ROI.
• Develop lookalike and interest-based audiences and test creatives.
• Collaborate with Creative Managers to scale top concepts.
