Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition to lead a new product area aimed at helping mobile developers acquire users and grow sustainably. You will own the strategy, run discovery, run experiments, and partner with engineering, data, and GTM teams in a remote-first environment with significant ownership.

Qualifications

• At least five years of product or growth decision ownership.
• Hands-on mobile user acquisition expertise.
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, Apple/Meta/Google).
• Experience with CAC, LTV, ROAS and measurement economics.
• Familiar with ATT, SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit privacy constraints.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, SDKs, data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define the user acquisition strategy and product vision for a new offering.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with mobile app developers to understand workflows and measurement practices.
• Evaluate market opportunities in mobile advertising and attribution.
• Translate insights into hypotheses and prioritized opportunities.
• Drive experiments and validation to de-risk scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams on requirements.
• Connect acquisition with monetization data for better ROI and LTV.
• Communicate recommendations and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
