Job summary

Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end payroll rollout for clients in a global scope. You will lead onboarding, define processes, and configure systems to ensure successful go-lives with strong client interaction.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance to gather requirements, manage scope, and deliver on time and budget, while ensuring compliance with local laws and data security. This is a client-facing hands-on role guiding multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global payroll implementation and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and data migration of global payroll for clients.
• Onboard clients, define payroll processes, and configure systems for go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage scope.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and status reporting.
• Manage timelines, interfaces, reports, and system settings for live payroll.
• Be the primary payroll project contact and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws during data migration.
