Strada is seeking a skilled Payroll Implementation Consultant to join the Strada Pay team. You will lead functional sessions with clients, gather and validate payroll configuration details, and ensure alignment with Strada Pay best practices throughout the lifecycle of deployments.

You will collaborate with Strada’s Product team, validate integrations, and support data mapping, testing, and go-live activities for designated countries, delivering accurate, compliant payroll solutions.

Competenze

• Experience in a functional consulting/analytical capacity within a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment.
• Strong knowledge of the specified country’s payroll and compliance (e.g. tax, legislation).
• Experience of the payroll implementation project lifecycle.

Mansioni

• Client-facing functional lead supporting kick-off and requirements discussions.
• Capture payroll configuration information from the client to finalize Strada Pay workbooks.
• Identify deviations from Strada Pay standards and coordinate with the Product team for configuration.
