myPOS is seeking a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Austria and Switzerland, with potential inclusion of Bulgaria. You will ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time and compliant, and oversee onboarding and registrations in Deel for new hires and changes.

• Leadership experience in global payroll operations.

• Ensure compliance with local labour law, payroll tax and statutory requirements.
• Oversee onboarding and registrations in Deel for new hires and changes.
• Coordinate with HR Operations and Deel to maintain data integrity.
• Govern payroll processes, calendars, controls and approvals.
• Lead, develop and coach the payroll team.
