Deel is seeking a Senior Payroll Implementation professional to oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. You will lead end-to-end payroll projects, ensuring accurate data transfer, proper configuration, and a seamless transition.

Collaboration with HR, Finance, and clients will be essential. You’ll manage onboarding, requirements gathering, testing, go-live, and ongoing support, while maintaining strict timelines and regulatory compliance

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across your designated location.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Testing - develop and execute a testing plan to ensure a smooth transition.
• Change Management - implement strategies to ensure a seamless transition for employees and HR teams.
