Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead based in Italy. You will drive enablement, coaching, training, and quality assurance across international programmes, with a focus on LMICs, coordinating across product, data, programme management, support and communications teams.

You will coach partner trainers to cascade learning independently while maintaining high training quality and measurable outcomes, including up to 40% international travel.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, or facilitator.
• Experience training teams remotely in low- and middle-income countries.
• Understanding of software products, configuration processes, and customer adoption.
• Experience managing customer or partner relationships and driving programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country software user training using digital assets.
• Deliver demonstrations and hands-on facilitation beyond self-paced learning.
• Coach trainers and ensure training quality and outcomes remain high.
• Quality-assure Train-the-Trainer and cascade models via observation and feedback.
• Own software adoption outcomes by monitoring usage and programme indicators.
• Collaborate with product, data, programme management, support, and comms teams.
• Manage multiple country programmes and maintain capacity plans.
• Translate operational designs into accurate software configurations.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and support partner engagement.
