Jobgether SRL in Italy is seeking a Recruitment Lead to guide a team of Recruitment Specialists in a fully remote, international talent-acquisition environment. You will own end-to-end recruitment, coach recruiters, and drive consistent, high-quality hires.

Working with the founders, you will monitor performance metrics, optimize workflows, manage pipelines, and provide weekly client updates. This hands-on leadership role offers growth into a Recruitment Manager position as the team expands.

Formación

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and leadership roles.
• Ability to coach recruiters and drive client satisfaction.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills; clear evaluation decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve candidate scorecards before client submission.
• Observe interviews and coach techniques to improve evaluations.
• Attend client interviews and translate observations into actionable feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard and placements.
• Monitor active pipelines and intervene to keep searches progressing.
• Provide clients with weekly updates on open positions through to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate handover to the People Lead after an offer is signed and identify new hiring opportunities.
• Manage one or two searches end-to-end from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Allocate new searches across the team based on capacity and role requirements.
• Train new recruiters and refine standard operating procedures with the founders.
• Identify performance concerns early and set clear expectations.
• Monitor KPIs like 90-day retention and recruitment timelines, and drive continuous improvement.
• Follow a structured onboarding plan (30/60/90) toward full team ownership.
