Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Customer Journey Manager based in Italy to own and transform the end-to-end customer journey across a fast-growing global organization. You will combine customer insights, operational data, AI, and automation to create effortless experiences that strengthen loyalty.

In this autonomous role, you will identify friction points, size complex problems, and turn insights into scalable improvements across customer-facing and internal

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Customer Experience, Product Operations, Service Design, or related field.
• Strong end-to-end journey ownership and service design experience.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Lean methodologies knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve processes.
• Voice of the Customer programs knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end customer journeys across internal processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences across departments.
• Coordinate journey improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Drive AI/automation to optimize processes and interactions.
• Improve key CX metrics like CSAT, CES, and FCR through journey changes.
• Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of excellence.
