Docker, Inc is seeking a Sales Development Representative for our remote-first team in Europe. You will engage prospects, qualify leads, and set discovery meetings while learning Docker’s suite of products and value propositions.

The role emphasizes multilingual outreach and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will build targeted prospect lists, master our sales tools, and contribute to achieving quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German and English required.
• 1+ year of work experience in a Sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Use prospecting strategies to reach out to existing Docker users likely to buy licenses.
• Identify needs and challenges of prospective customers.
• Determine interest in Docker products and services.
• Schedule discovery meetings for sales teams and prospects.
