Coverflex is hiring a Junior Business Development Representative to launch and scale outreach for the Italian market. You will be the engine behind new opportunities, setting up high‑quality meetings for Account Executives and driving outbound activities in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

You’ll need native/advanced Italian and strong English, excellent communication, resilience, and a proactive mindset. The role offers a fixed-term six‑month contract with uncapped commissions and equity

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Italian (C2/native).
• Strong outbound sales mindset with resilience and energy.
• Excellent verbal communication and objection handling.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and coachable.
• Experience with CRM hygiene and meeting handover processes.

Responsabilités

• Own outbound prospecting for the Italian market and build a steady pipeline.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize messaging and process.
