Jobgether is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales SDR based in Italy, remote-first. You will start as Pipeline Representative, building a steady pipeline through warm leads and proactive outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn.

You will learn high-ticket closing techniques, shadow leaders, and advance toward Discovery Representative and Full-Cycle Closer roles. The role offers uncapped commissions, rapid recruitment, and a clear progression path in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level German proficiency required.
• B2B sales experience helpful but not required.
• Motivation, coachability and strong work ethic.
• Confidence with rejection and persistent prospecting.
• Strong learning agility and quick feedback incorporation.
• Proactive, action-oriented with decision-making.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through warm lead follow-ups and proactive outbound outreach.
• Identify and contact potential customers via phone, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
• Work with the CRM to activate contacts and build a consistent pipeline.
• Book discovery calls and move prospects through the B2B growth consulting funnel.
• Shadow senior sales leaders and apply coaching to improve performance.
