Cytiva in Italy is seeking a Field Service Engineer to drive installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repairs. The role is based in Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany and fully remote, with up to 70% travel within the territory.

As a key client-facing engineer, you will plan service visits, manage stock and work orders, and contribute to revenue programs while upholding Cytiva's standards of quality and customer care.

Competenze

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of field service or similar experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• English language proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% across the territory.

Mansioni

• Represent Cytiva to clients during service visits.
• Plan and execute on-site service activities.
• Manage spare parts stock and work orders.
• Support sales opportunities and revenue programs.
