Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support installation, qualification, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repairs. This role is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team and is based in Italy, preferably Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany, with full remote work options.

You will represent Cytiva with clients, plan on-site service activities, manage stock and work orders, and contribute to sales opportunities and revenue programs.

Competenze

• Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
• English is required
• Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients
• Plan and execute service activities at the customers site
• Manage own stock and work orders
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
