Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in our Biotechnology Integrated Solutions team in Italy. The role includes promoting service contracts and identifying revenue opportunities within the territory.

The position is based in Italy (Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany regions) and will be fully remote, with up to 70% travel and overnight stays. A biomedical/electrical/computing focus and English fluency are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer/Electronic/Automation or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent English and ability to travel 70% of the time.

Mansioni

• Represent the company to clients at their site.
• Plan and execute service activities at customer sites.
• Manage stock and work orders.
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with revenue programs.
