Cytiva's Field Service Engineer role in Italy (Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany) offers remote work while performing installation, qualification, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repairs. You will promote service contracts and identify opportunities with significant impact.
The position is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team based in Italy with a fully remote setup, enabling you to contribute to life sciences, diagnostics and biotech advancement.
Competenze
- Education in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good mechanical and electrical skills; troubleshooting experience.
- English is required; ability to travel 70% of the time.
Mansioni
- Represent Cytiva to clients and plan service activities at the customer's site.
- Manage own stock and work orders.
- Promote service contracts and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Support sales opportunities and implement revenue programs.
