Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support installation, qualification, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repairs. The role covers Italy, preferably Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany, and will be fully remote with regional travel.

You will promote service contracts, manage stock, and contribute to revenue opportunities. A biomedical/engineering background, 2+ years in a similar role, and English proficiency are required.

Competenze

Education: Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Very good mechanical and electrical skills; strong troubleshooting abilities; English is required; 70% travel with overnight stays.

Mansioni

Represent the company to our clients.
Plan and execute service activities at the customer site.
Manage own stock and work orders.
Participate in sales opportunities and assist with revenue programs.
