Cytiva's Field Service Engineer role is based in Italy (Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany preferred) and will be fully remote. You will install, qualify, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, while promoting service contracts and identifying opportunities with real business impact.

The role is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions - Equipment Services team. Expect up to 70% travel, English required, and a base salary in the €35,100–€48,300 range

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good mechanical and electrical skills; able to troubleshoot.
• English is required.
• Ability to travel: 70% travel within territory.

Mansioni

• Represent Cytiva to clients at the customer's site.
• Plan and execute service activities at the customer site.
• Manage own stock and work orders.
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with revenue programs.
