Cytiva in Italy is hiring a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair biotechnology equipment. You will promote service contracts and identify revenue opportunities while working remotely within the Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany regions.

You will represent Cytiva to clients, plan on-site service activities, manage stock and work orders, and participate in sales opportunities as part of a cross-functional team ensuring high-quality customer

Competenze

• Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
• English is required
• Ability to travel: 70 % travel and overnight stay within territory

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients
• Plan and execute service activities at the customers site
• Manage own stock and work orders
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
