Cytiva is hiring a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain and repair laboratory equipment across customer sites in Italy. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to troubleshoot diverse systems.

You will travel extensively (up to 70%) within the territory and contribute to service contracts and revenue programs. Based in Italy (Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany preferred), the position is fully remote with on-site customer work.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field/role.
• English language proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within the territory.

Mansioni

• Install and qualify equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot complex systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote service contracts and contribute to revenue initiatives.
• Represent Cytiva professionally to clients and manage stock and work orders.
