Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Italy to install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and promote service contracts. Based in Italy and preferably in the Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany regions, the role will be fully remote with extensive travel within the territory.
You will represent the company at client sites, manage stock and work orders, and participate in sales opportunities while collaborating with the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions team.
Competenze
- Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
- English is required
- Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory
Mansioni
- Represent the company to our clients
- Plan and execute service activities at the customers site
- Manage own stock and work orders
- Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs
