Job summary

CHEP is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen relationships with pallet locations and drive asset recovery improvements. The role focuses on retail and logistics, including onboarding new customers and training retailer staff.

You will monitor performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to grow CHEP’s customer base, supporting a hybrid remote work model in Italy. You should have experience in retail or logistics, B2B sales exposure, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Retail or logistics experience required.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• English professional is required; driver license may be needed.
• Remote work is possible within Italy's Area 2 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at pallet receiving locations.
• Drive improvements in collection performance and customer experience.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by regular visits and retailer staff training.
• Onboard new customers and define asset recovery processes.
• Manage audit programs and forecast results within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to grow business and asset recovery.
• Monitor asset control metrics and implement corrective actions.
