CHEP UK Ltd. seeks a Field Service Executive to support customers across Italy from a fully remote position. You will establish relationships with retailers, coordinate asset recovery processes, and drive service excellence while aligning with asset productivity goals.

You will use MS Office and Salesforce, manage accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to grow CHEP’s customer base. The base salary is 34,640–41,500 EUR with a 10% annual bonus, under the CCNL Commercio.

Competenze

• Experience within a retail / logistics environment.
• Contact with customers / suppliers in a past role.
• Service providing background, used to work with customers in Retail, Wholesale- or Logistics.
• B2B Sales.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM (Salesforce)

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations to support asset productivity.
• Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying root causes and collaborating with internal teams.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting visits and providing targeted training for retailer staff on equipment control practices.
• Onboard and implement new customers, establishing asset recovery agreements for smooth transitions.
• Monitor asset control metrics and forecast audit results.
