Job summary

Beckman Coulter is seeking a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support for diagnostic hardware across Europe. You will become a subject-matter expert in immunoassays and instrumentation, driving timely service and high customer satisfaction.

The role includes remote-based work with up to 70% travel within Europe, requiring strong English and Italian communication and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel up to ~70% within Europe.
• Remote-based role environment and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems (instruments, devices, peripherals).
• Respond to customer inquiries with on-site or remote support when needed.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the diagnostic hardware line and common issues.
• Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Proactive actions to improve service efficiency and cost of parts across Europe.
