Danaher Corporation’s Beckman Coulter division is seeking a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support for diagnostic hardware across Europe, including remote and on-site assistance. You will become a subject-matter expert in immunoassays and instrumentation, driving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Role requires 3+ years of hardware support, strong problem-solving, and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time within Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English and Italian.
