Job summary

Beckman Coulter, part of Danaher, seeks a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to deliver expert diagnostic hardware support across Europe. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, provide on-site or remote assistance, and stay current on immunoassay instrumentation.

You will monitor support metrics, drive service improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize parts usage and customer satisfaction while traveling up to ~70% in Europe.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel up to ~70% within Europe.

Responsibilities
