Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware.
Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.
Willingness to travel up to ~70% within Europe.
Remote-based role environment.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems (instruments, devices, peripherals).
Respond to customer inquiries with on-site or remote support when needed.
Maintain deep product knowledge of the diagnostic hardware line and common issues.
