Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist. This role involves expert-level troubleshooting, installation, and repair of diagnostic hardware across Europe, with remote work and roughly 70% travel to client sites.

You will act as a subject-matter expert for immunoassays and related applications, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position requires 3+ years in hardware diagnostics support, strong English and Italian

Competenze

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT or related field.
Minimum of 3 years in technical support for hardware in diagnostics/medical devices.
Strong understanding of diagnostic hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
Excellent problem solving and ability to communicate technical info to non‑technical users in English and Italian.

Mansioni

Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems and peripherals.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with local engineers for on-site visits.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the diagnostic hardware product line and common issues.
Monitor support metrics and identify trends to improve service efficiency and reduce parts cost.
