Job summary
Beckman Coulter (Danaher Corporation) is seeking a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support for diagnostic hardware across Europe. You will troubleshoot complex issues, deliver on-site or remote assistance, and become a subject-matter expert in immunoassays and instrumentation.
You will monitor support metrics, identify improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service efficiency and parts usage, with up to 70%
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
- Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems (instruments, devices, peripherals).
- Respond to customer inquiries with on-site or remote support when needed.
- Monitor support metrics and identify trends and improvements to service efficiency.
- Travel up to ~70% within Europe to support customers.
- Proactively improve parts usage and cost efficiency across Europe.
