Deel seeks a Customer Operations Manager II for the EMEA region, based in Bolzano. You will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, translate data insights into actions, and advocate for customers to inform product and operational decisions.

You will maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, conduct regular business reviews, and drive platform adoption to improve retention. The role requires resilience, a growth mindset, and a proven track record in client-facing roles.

Competenze

4+ years of client-facing experience.
Experience in fast-growth startup or management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; able to draw insights from complex data.

Mansioni

Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts within the market segment.
Identify and flag risks to prevent churn and coordinate swift internal resolution.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.
Represent the voice of the customer by feeding back product and operational insights.
Ensure high-quality, day-to-day customer experience and timely handling of requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and completion of requests.
Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention.
