Deel seeks a Customer Operations Manager II for the EMEA region, based in Genova, Liguria, Italy. You will cultivate durable relationships with clients, translate outcomes into revenue growth, and advocate for clients internally to expand Deel usage.

The role blends relationship management with data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will shape client outcomes across a multi-country footprint, conduct regular business reviews, and feed product and ops insights

Competenze

• Minimum 4+ years of client-facing experience.
• Experience in fast-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong relationship-building and calm under pressure.
• Data-savvy with ability to derive insights from complex data.

Mansioni

• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts within the market segment.
• Identify risks to prevent churn and coordinate swift internal resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct reviews.
• Represent customer voice by feeding back product and operations insights.
• Ensure high-quality, day-to-day customer experience and timely handling of requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely responses and resolutions.
