Deel is seeking a Customer Operations Manager II for the EMEA region (Lodi, Lombardy, IT) to cultivate durable client relationships and translate them into long-term revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor on operational and product matters, advocating for clients internally to expand Deel's use.

The role blends relationship management with data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced, global environment.
