Deel is seeking an early-career Operations Manager to own onboarding and the operational delivery for enterprise customers, ensuring successful launches and ongoing efficiency as clients scale. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support, building scalable processes and playbooks while continually improving the customer experience.

Competenze
